This project targets health and disability sectors that deal with NDIS participants, as the client's main form of business is writing functional capacity statements (FCA) for NDIS participants.

This was a quick website. Time was of the essence, so this was created within an hour at the client's request.

A contact form that sends emails was incorporated as a call-to-action (CTA) into the single-page website to meet the client's requirements.
